1. Apparel Manufacturing : We are interested for the manufacture of Children & Kids apparel or Women's sexy dress/suit or sexy undergarments. Reputed manufacturer having World-Wide market may try for the establishment of a 100% export oriented project. Manufacturer shall have the freedom to Design & Construct Building (preferably 20-storied)at their own choice on "one acre plus" of  land. Freedom in Setting up of Machinery, Control of Management and Exporting responsibility shall have no influence of us. However a share of our Company for leasing the Land to be given under acceptable Terms &Conditions. Any other alternative proposal is welcome. The project shall be highly profitable because of the followings.
   a. We have political and governmental liasion.
   b. Labour costs are the cheapest in the world.
   c. Highest financial prospects & return facilities in Sub-Continent, much better
       than India or Pakistan.
   d. Low paid Expeienced & Technical manpower are available in huge number.
2. Joint-venture Marketing : If you have the products like Television, Refregerator, Computer, Mobile telephone sets or any other product which you want to market it from Bangladesh (assembling of major parts after importing those as accessories) to any country of the world or if you want to make a Warehouse in Dhaka and re-export those, you may put up your offer.
3. RealEstate Business : Financial solvency plays the most important role in such business. We have three types of offer under Terms & Conditions.
a.  Buying & Selling Lands : We just buy & sell lands. A continuous buying &
     selling lands at Dhaka and around shall make a good business in
     Joint-Venture. 
b. Buying low lands and making plots : This is a business where most of high
    middle class people wish to have their own land. However a large area of low
    land is first required to be purchased.
c. Buying lands for making apartments : If we buy small piece of land at costly
    residential areas and construct apartments to sell, rich people would buy. 
4. FilM Production : Experienced in producing films. Interested on Joint-Venture. Cultural exchange programmes at private level are welcomed.
5. Women's Development : Any project involved to develop the activities of Women Force are welcomed. This may include Schooling or Social Activities.
6. Miscellaneous : Any innovative ideas of business will be appreciated.
